A public chain connecting municipal data, social-water comparison, territorial profiles and evidence packs.

- Organise dispersed information to compare territories and support an initial selection.
- Work completed
- Integration of Bolivia's 2024 Population and Housing Census, geometry controls, derived indicators and versioned data contracts.
- Available output
- Observatory, evidence explorer, territorial profiles and reusable municipal files.
- Limitation
- The TerraNava index is not an official classification and does not replace local diagnosis, measurement or field validation.
Hydrometeorological inventory for territorial review
A viewer for locating visible stations and reviewing their type, period, source and declared access condition.
- Need
- Establish what observation is documented before using a series or planning validation.
- Work completed
- Normalised catalogue, network classification, visible metadata and mapped sources.
- Available output
- National map and station profiles in HydroRisk.
- Limitation
- This is not real-time monitoring. Data access is not declared for published stations and some locations are referential.
Topological screening and preliminary territorial context
A demonstration of how river networks, nearby municipalities and visible stations can inform the preparation of a basin review.
- Need
- Order an initial downstream reading before defining modelling, field data or infrastructure studies.
- Work completed
- HydroRIVERS trace, reproducible territorial intersection, station inventory and validation agenda.
- Available output
- Printable brief, method map, sources and pending tasks.
- Limitation
- It is not an impact area, flood footprint, damage forecast, hydraulic model or infrastructure assessment.
Initial preparation of water evidence by district
A territorial baseline for ordering official sources, questions and data tasks before producing an applied analysis.
- Need
- Separate available information from data still requiring integration.
- Work completed
- Profiles for Segura, Júcar, Guadalquivir, Tagus and Ebro, with sources and an integration agenda.
- Available output
- Printable L1 briefs and versioned JSON contracts.
- Limitation
- Reproducible gauging stations and validated risk indicators are not yet included. The baseline does not enable rankings or alerts.
